Cheering fans were in Cardiff to celebrate the launch of the Doctor Who World Tour to mark the imminent start of the eighth season.
Most fans were excited by Peter Capaldi’s being the new doctor
And the fact that it’s a welsh production made many proud
After nearly ten years since the relaunch of the series, doctor who has shown it can move with the times, even indulging in the obligatory selfie.
