Dame Julie Mellor has extended an invitation to pressure group @phsothefacts, to meet and discuss the issues, on the 6th of Feb 2014. Della Reynolds explains,
“The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman is corrupt by design.
With only 2% of cases investigated each year, thousands of people are turned away without justice or remedy. PHSO is unaccountable to the public although this service costs the tax payer £32 million per year”,
